About me:
|
I became a full time Realtor in Germany in 1982 where I
worked for our family owned Real Estate
Firm Immobilien-Gass
serving also many U.S. Soldiers and their families.(see
testimonials - note: my maiden name was Manuela
Gass)
Serving
and assisting clients in various capacities for
over 22 years makes me an expert in customer
service, communications and follow through. I
am specializing in the sales and marketing of
homes in Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough
Counties. We
moved to Palm Harbor in the summer of 2003 when
my
husband retired from the U.S. Army and I am
proud to say I became a U.S. Citizen in June
2006. I
see myself more as a facilitator and educator
than a salesperson, I help my clients to achieve
their goals while providing all of the support
necessary to set the stage for a smooth,
positive and low stress Real Estate transaction. If
you are looking for a Real Estate professional
with knowledge, experience, diligence and
integrity, please don't hesitate to contact me
today because I do one thing and I do it well
and that's selling and finding homes for my
clients! Community
